RIEISSSHOP ships worldwide. Orders receive tracking information by email after dispatch.
1. Order processing
Most orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and shipping-label preparation.
During major promotions or unusually high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time when stated on the product page.
2. Estimated delivery after dispatch
The following estimates are carrier transit times in business days after an order ships. They do not include the 3–5 business-day processing period.

3. Shipping cost
Free shipping is available on orders of US$79 or more. Available shipping methods and any applicable cost are displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking and address changes
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. If your order information is incorrect, contact info@rieissshop.com as soon as possible. Address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
