Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from RIEISSSHOP. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

1. What can be returned or exchanged

• Items that do not fit or are no longer wanted may be returned or exchanged within the 14-day request window.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Customized and final-sale or clearance items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Start a return

Email info@rieissshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the parcel. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

3. Return shipping

• For size, fit, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RIEISSSHOP will provide a remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
• Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until your return is completed.

5. Refunds and exchanges

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
