Floravincie uses business contact and order information only to operate our wholesale, sampling and custom-manufacturing services, improve the website and meet legal or security obligations.

Information we collect

• Business contact details, billing and delivery addresses, tax or company information and account details;
• Orders, quotations, Proforma Invoices, payments, packing lists, shipping records and customer-service messages;
• Reference images, tech packs, paper patterns, measurements, artwork, fabric requests and sample feedback supplied for development;
• Website device, cookie, analytics and fraud-prevention data.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotations and samples, manufacture and inspect goods, process payments, arrange delivery or forwarder pickup, issue documents, prevent fraud, provide after-sales support and comply with accounting, customs and legal requirements.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as needed with SHOPLINE, payment providers, logistics providers, customs or compliance services, IT and analytics providers, and approved production or material partners supporting the order. Payment card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us in full.

Customer designs and confidentiality

Customer-supplied designs, patterns and technical files are used to quote, sample and manufacture the requested order. We do not publish a customer's confidential design as a case study without permission. Please mark especially sensitive files as confidential when sending them.

International processing, retention and security

Because we serve international buyers, information may be processed in China and in countries where service providers operate. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, tax, legal and dispute purposes. We use reasonable access controls and security measures, but no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask a privacy question through our contact channels. Some records must be retained for legal, payment or transaction purposes.
